Patient Liaison Officer (PLO)
Knowledge of medical terminology,
Knowledge pf medical insurance policies,
Bed board management and Customer Service Relation Management,
Exceptional communication skills with added advantage of any Chinese dialect,
Person with compassion and patience when dealing with unique requirements,
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm,
Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm, (need flexibility as Saturday maybe a
full day and expected to be on-call)
